SOCIAL EMOTIONAL LEARNING GROUPS

Calling all High Schoolers!

Feeling stressed, anxious, sad, depressed, lonely, unmotivated? Missing social connections? Feeling overwhelmed? You are not alone! 

Join other teens in this friendly, fun, and supportive group with others feeling the same way. This group will be a safe place to show up as yourself, share stories, make connections, and learn coping skills to help us through life's challenges.

The cost for our 4-week Teen Support Group is $200 per student. Current and former clients receive a 15% discount.

Does your middle schooler love to create art, listen to music, or perform? 

This 6-week group will teach kids to use a variety of expressive art techniques to promote emotional growth and foster self expression. The group will focus on self-compassion and self-acceptance, emotional regulation, positive coping skills, and self-care. This will be a fun, hands on, low stress experience. No art experience is necessary!  

The cost for our 6-week Expressive Arts program is $250 per student. Former and current clients receive a 15% discount.

Games can be the perfect tool to introduce and teach social skills to kids. This 6-week group will use a variety of games to help kids become more self-aware, develop positive relationships, show empathy towards others, manage emotions, use self-control, resolve conflicts, and make positive decisions. This group will make learning these skills meaningful, interactive, hands-on, and fun! 

The cost for our 6-week Game-based Social Skills program is $250 per student. Former and current clients receive a 15% discount.

A child's ability to self-regulate their emotions and behaviors is one of the most important skills for success in school and life. Self-regulation is a skill that children need to be taught. This 3-part program will help parents help their kids to identify their emotions, understand how their behavior affects themselves and others, and learn tools to manage their emotions and control their behavior. 

Parents will leave with a foundation of knowledge and practical strategies to help their child begin to learn to self-regulate. This program is open to parents of kids of any age. 

The cost for our 3-part Parent Program is $250 and includes participation for one or two parents. Parents of former and current clients receive a 15% discount.

Our group programs are psycho-educational in nature and do not serve as or substitute for therapeutic intervention. Psycho-educational groups are not typically covered by insurance, however, you may be able to use your health savings account (HSA) or a medical flexible spending account (FSA) for payment. Check with your carrier to verify eligibility. 

Cancellation policy for groups/camps/workshops: Services cancelled within 10 days from the start date will not receive a refund. Services canceled more than 10 days from the start date will receive a partial refund equal to the amount paid minus a $25 processing fee.
