Parent Consultation and Parent Coaching are typically not covered by insurance.
Financial Assistance May Be Available: At Heartspace Kids, we strive to make our services accessible to all. If you are experiencing financial hardship and cannot afford services, please inquire about the Kids First Fund, Colorado's I Matter program, or contact us directly to see how we can help.
Payments are accepted in cash, check, or credit/debit card. Fees are collected at the time of service. Please note that cash is not held on site, so exact change should be considered when intending to pay in cash.

Many of our group programs are psycho-educational in nature and do not serve as or substitute for therapeutic intervention. Psycho-educational groups are not typically covered by insurance, however, you may be able to use your health savings account (HSA) or a medical flexible spending account (FSA) for payment. It is your right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” that explains how much your mental health care and medical care will cost. This corresponds with the No Surprises Act, active as of 1/1/2022. Any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy, are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate. You can request a Good Faith Estimate from your healthcare provider or any other provider before you schedule a service.
