“Main Character Energy” is a group for teen girls looking to build confidence and address struggles such as anxiety, body image, relationships, and more.
This 8 week support group provides a safe and supportive space for teens to discuss the struggles that come with being a teenager. Topics will include Anxiety, body image, relationships, the impact of social media on self-confidence and more. Using various expressive techniques such as art, music, and movement, group members will come away with greater self-awareness, confidence, as well as critical self-regulation tools for managing life as a teen girl.
This group will be facilitated by Natalie Sterling, LPC and Lydia Schneider, SWC.

In this Dungeons and Dragons themed skills group, teens will learn skills to manage stress, regulate their emotions, improve interpersonal skills, and build their confidence through the fantasy world of Dungeons and Dragons. This group incorporates elements of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) like mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness.
This is a fun, engaging group meant to empower teens to reach their full potential. No DnD experience necessary. Please reach out with questions!

Our Kids First Fund provides access to essential mental health care and critical educational resources to kids in need in our community. Financial assistance is based on annual household income along with other qualifying criteria and is for kids ages 18 and younger or kids up to 21 years of age who are receiving special education services.
Our group, workshop, and summer camp programs are psycho-educational in nature and do not serve as or substitute for therapeutic intervention. Psycho-educational groups are not typically covered by insurance, however, you may be able to use your health savings account (HSA) or a medical flexible spending account (FSA) for payment. Check with your carrier to verify eligibility.
Cancellation policy for groups/camps/workshops: Services cancelled within 10 days from the start date will not receive a refund. Services canceled more than 10 days from the start date will receive a partial refund equal to the amount paid minus a $25 processing fee.
