In this Dungeons and Dragons themed skills group, teens will learn skills to manage stress, regulate their emotions, improve interpersonal skills, and build their confidence through the fantasy world of Dungeons and Dragons. This group incorporates elements of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) like mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness.
This is a fun, engaging group meant to empower teens to reach their full potential. No DnD experience necessary. Please reach out with questions!

Discover Harmony together in this Parent and Child Co-Regulation group.
Through guided activities and expert support, you'll learn to navigate emotions together, enhance your communication, and build a resilient relationship. This group is best suited for one parent and one child age 6-10. Additional parent/child will be accommodated if space permits.

Games can be the perfect tool to introduce and teach social skills to kids. This 10-week group will use a variety of games to help kids become more self-aware, develop positive relationships, show empathy towards others, manage emotions, use self-control, resolve conflicts, and make positive decisions.
This group will make learning these skills meaningful, interactive, hands-on, and fun!

This 5 week program is designed for kids who struggle with excessive worrying, stress, and/or general anxiety. This is a fun, kid-friendly program that will help kids recognize signs of stress and anxiety, teach coping skills to manage worry thoughts, and strategies to maintain a calm body and mind. Yoga and mindfulness will be practiced in each session.

A child's ability to self-regulate their emotions and behaviors is one of the most important skills for success in school and life. This 5-week program will teach kids to identify their emotions, understand how their behavior affects themselves and others, and learn tools to manage their emotions and control their behavior. Yoga and mindfulness will be practiced in each session.

Our Kids First Fund provides access to essential mental health care and critical educational resources to kids in need in our community. Financial assistance is based on annual household income along with other qualifying criteria and is for kids ages 18 and younger or kids up to 21 years of age who are receiving special education services.
Our group, workshop, and summer camp programs are psycho-educational in nature and do not serve as or substitute for therapeutic intervention. Psycho-educational groups are not typically covered by insurance, however, you may be able to use your health savings account (HSA) or a medical flexible spending account (FSA) for payment. Check with your carrier to verify eligibility.
Cancellation policy for groups/camps/workshops: Services cancelled within 10 days from the start date will not receive a refund. Services canceled more than 10 days from the start date will receive a partial refund equal to the amount paid minus a $25 processing fee.
