Dina's passion has always been to empower children and teens to live their best life.
Dina is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado and a Nationally Board Certified (NCC) counselor. She is a former school counselor and teacher with over twenty years of experience working with children and families in a broad range of academic, professional, and volunteer settings.
Dina is an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP) and a Certified Child & Adolescent Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP-CA). Dina works from a strengths based, person-centered approach and utilizes Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Bibliotherapy, and Play Therapy in her practice. She specializes in social-emotional learning for children and teens as well as workshops for parents.
Dina holds a Level 1 Trauma informed Yoga & Mindfulness Certification under Little Flower Yoga and enjoys incorportating yoga and mindfulness into her practice kids, teens, and young adults.
Areas of focus include stress management, anxiety reduction, social skills, emotional regulation, executive functioning, personal strength and empowerment, self-confidence, positive body image, growth mindset, mindfulness and meditation, impulse control, and more.
Dina also enjoys empowering parents through one-on-one parent coaching and parent education.
Dina earned her B.S. degree in Early Childhood Education in 1997, M.Ed. degree in Elementary Education in 2001, and her M.A. degree in Counseling and Human Services in 2013.

Lelia is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern and Registered Nurse with twenty-five years of experience in the areas of mental health, addiction, research, nutrition, eating disorders, and art therapy. She earned her BS in Biology from Trinity University in 1998, BS in Nursing from the University of Texas in 2000, MFA from Academy of Art University, and will graduate with her MS in Mental Health Counseling from Bellevue University in November 2025.
Lelia has been working with children, adolescents, and adults in the counseling field using a strengths-based approach, helping clients recognize and build on their existing strengths to achieve their goals. Her practice is rooted in a client-centered framework, integrating techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness to support clients in developing practical skills they can apply both within and beyond therapy sessions. Lelia is also a Certified ADHD Clinical Services Provider and a Certified Trauma Professional.
Lelia is an active member of the National Psychiatric Nurses Association, American Counseling Association, and proud supporter of the National Alliance for Mental Illness (NAMI). She serves on the advisory board as a trauma informed consultant for the Exodus Road, a nonprofit dedicated to fighting human trafficking. Lelia and her husband have raised both of their children in Colorado Springs since 2007. When she’s not advocating for mental health, you can find her on the trails with her dogs or painting in her studio.
