Dina is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado and a Nationally Board-Certified (NCC) counselor. She is a former school counselor and teacher with over twenty years of experience working with children and families in a broad range of academic, professional, and volunteer settings.
Dina is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, is an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP), and a Certified Child & Adolescent Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP-CA). Dina works from a strengths-based, person-centered approach and utilizes Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Bibliotherapy, and Play Therapy in her practice. She specializes in social-emotional learning for children and teens as well as workshops for parents.
Dina holds a Level 1 Trauma-Informed Yoga & Mindfulness Certification under Little Flower Yoga and enjoys incorporating yoga and mindfulness into her practice with kids, teens, and young adults.
Areas of focus include stress management, anxiety reduction, social skills, emotional regulation, executive functioning, personal strength and empowerment, self-confidence, positive body image, growth mindset, mindfulness and meditation, impulse control, and more.
Dina also enjoys empowering parents through one-on-one parent coaching and parent education.
Dina earned her B.S. in Early Childhood Education in 1997, M.Ed. in Elementary Education in 2001, and M.A. in Counseling and Human Services in 2013.

Madeleine enjoys working with preteens, teens, and young adults and has experience providing therapy to individuals ages 5 to 65 and to couples. She creates a welcoming, supportive space where clients feel heard, accepted, and empowered to grow.
Her approach is strengths-based and tailored to each client’s needs, drawing on evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and elements of play therapy. She helps clients build real-life skills to support emotional regulation, reduce anxiety and depression, and increase self-confidence.
Madeleine earned her B.A. in Psychology from Whitworth University, an M.A. in Sociology with certificates in research and teaching from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS), and an M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University.

Lelia is an independently practicing Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate in Colorado and a Registered Nurse with 25 years of experience in mental health, addiction, research, nutrition, eating disorders, and art therapy. She earned her BS in Biology from Trinity University in 1998, BS in Nursing from the University of Texas in 2000, MFA from the Academy of Art University, and her MS in Mental Health Counseling from Bellevue University in 2025.
Lelia has been working with children, adolescents, and adults in the counseling field, using a strengths-based approach to help clients recognize and build on their strengths to achieve their goals. Her practice is rooted in a client-centered framework, integrating techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness to support clients in developing practical skills they can apply both within and beyond therapy sessions. Lelia is also a Certified ADHD Clinical Services Provider and a Certified Trauma Professional.
Lelia is an active member of the National Psychiatric Nurses Association and the American Counseling Association, and a proud supporter of the National Alliance for Mental Illness (NAMI). She serves on the advisory board as a trauma-informed consultant for the Exodus Road, a nonprofit dedicated to fighting human trafficking. Lelia and her husband have raised both of their children in Colorado Springs since 2007.
