Join Heartspace Kids at Bristol Brewing on August 26, 2023 for family friendly yoga and live music!
Every month Bristol hosts a fun event on their property to highlight a local nonprofit. They also be donating $1 of every pint sold the entire day of the event back to that nonprofit. It's their way of supporting many of the deserving organizations in Colorado Springs, raising awareness and funding hand-in-hand with delicious Bristol beer!

- Bring your own mat for donation based family friendly yoga at 3:30 and 4:30 led by Jill Bradley, LCSW, RYT-200
- Opportunities to win raffle items from local businesses!

Jill is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience helping support others in their journey. She is also a Registered Yoga Teacher - RYT-200 hour and a Meditation Teacher.
