Dina is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado and a Nationally Board Certified (NCC) counselor. She is a former school counselor and teacher with over twenty years of experience working with children and families in a broad range of academic, professional, and volunteer settings.
Dina is an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP) and a Certified Child & Adolescent Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP-CA). Dina works from a strengths based, person-centered approach and utilizes Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Bibliotherapy, and Play Therapy in her practice. She specializes in social-emotional learning for children and teens as well as workshops for parents.
Dina holds a Level 1 Trauma informed Yoga & Mindfulness Certification under Little Flower Yoga and enjoys incorportating yoga and mindfulness into her practice kids, teens, and young adults.
Areas of focus include stress management, anxiety reduction, social skills, emotional regulation, executive functioning, personal strength and empowerment, self-confidence, positive body image, growth mindset, mindfulness and meditation, impulse control, and more.
Dina also enjoys empowering parents through one-on-one parent coaching and parent education.
Dina earned her B.S. degree in Early Childhood Education in 1997, M.Ed. degree in Elementary Education in 2001, and her M.A. degree in Counseling and Human Services in 2013.

Becca has always had a passion for working with children, and being in the helping profession. She has a desire to assist children and adolescents who are struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, foster and adoption, and emotional regulation. Kim is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate and Licensed School Counselor. She excels at creating a safe space for children to learn and explore their emotions, process conflicts at home and at school, improve their self-esteem and create safe and stable bonds with the adults in their lives. Using a person-centered, strengths based, trauma informed approach, as well as elements of CBT, Play Therapy, Solution-Focused therapy and mindfulness, children can thrive and build the skills they need to navigate the challenges that come up as they learn and grow.
Kim has worked extensively with neurodivergent children of varying ages to help them embrace their unique gifts and to create a toolbox of coping skills to help them navigate a world that can feel challenging for them. Kim also offers parent education, parent coaching, parent consultation and individual therapy for parents who would like to explore limiting beliefs, trauma and strengths to improve their relationship with their child(ren).
She specializes in helping children with anxiety, depression, emotional regulation/impulse control, social skills, self-esteem, emotion identification, self-advocacy and self-empowerment in both an individual and group setting.
