** Mighty Minds Summer Camp will return in June 2025**

 All children can benefit from our Mighty Minds program!     

Mighty Minds summer camp will teach essential life skills in a fun, engaging, and developmentally appropriate way. Our camp is traditional in the sense that our days will be filled with arts and crafts, music and movement, and fun and games! What makes our camp unique is the social and emotional learning embedded into our programming.   

We use research-based cognitive-behavioral methods along with mindfulness-based strategies and expressive arts techniques to help teach coping strategies to manage big emotions such as stress, anxiety, frustration, and anger as well as pro-social skills for interacting with others, conflict resolution, and assertiveness. Our lessons and activities will foster a growth mindset, build persistence, self-awareness, empathy, and more.     

Through our Mighty Minds Summer Camp children will begin to learn lifelong skills that will empower them to live happy, healthy, and successful lives. Space is limited. Cost per camper is $295 and includes a water bottle and t-shirt.
